Using Zimpley

You may use Zimpley only if you can enter into a legally binding agreement and only in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and security of the information you add to Zimpley.

You must keep your account credentials secure and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Accounts, teams, and Enterprise access

Zimpley may support individual accounts, project sharing, team access, and Enterprise-managed accounts. Workspace owners and authorized managers are responsible for inviting users, assigning access, and removing users who should no longer have access.

If your access is provided through an organization, that organization may control your access, billing status, and certain workspace permissions.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans, storage add-ons, Enterprise subscriptions, and other paid features may be billed through Stripe or another payment provider. Prices, taxes, billing periods, and renewal terms are shown before purchase.

Unless a checkout, invoice, or written agreement says otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You are responsible for any taxes, fees, and charges associated with your purchase.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create or upload to Zimpley. You grant Zimpley the limited rights needed to host, process, display, sync, back up, secure, and provide that content as part of the service.

You must not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or designed to disrupt the service.

Third-party services and integrations

Zimpley may connect with services such as Google Calendar, Stripe, email providers, and infrastructure providers. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Integrations may be changed, suspended, or discontinued if a provider changes its API, policies, pricing, or availability.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• access or use Zimpley for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
• attempt to bypass security, rate limits, payment controls, or access restrictions;
• interfere with the service or other users;
• reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the service except where allowed by law;
• upload malware, exploit code, or content that violates others' rights.

Service changes and availability

We work to keep Zimpley available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may update, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when needed for security, operations, legal compliance, or product development.

Disclaimers

Zimpley is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Zimpley is productivity and business organization software. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, or professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArtosX LTD and Zimpley will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.

Termination

You may stop using Zimpley at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service, fail to pay amounts due, or if required by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where consumer protection laws require a different governing law.
